What is included in the Essential package?
The Essential package includes a 45-minute individual consulting session with career positioning review, Swiss job market insights, initial CV review, salary benchmarking and a clear strategic plan for the next career step.
What is included in the Premium package?
The Premium package includes a 60-minute individual consulting session, interview training materials, detailed Swiss salary benchmarking, application strategy and negotiation support, LinkedIn recommendations and CV revisions within 7 days.
What is included in the Executive package?
The Executive package includes a 2-hour individual consulting session, full professional CV creation from scratch, Swiss market research with salary benchmarks, skills gap analysis, interview preparation and 30-day follow-up support.
How does it work and how quickly can I start?
After purchasing a package, you can book a session immediately. During the session, we analyse your situation, define goals, and create a clear strategy. Depending on the package, you will receive the supporting documents (e.g., CV revisions, salary benchmarking, interview training materials) within the agreed timeframe, usually within a few days. If you have any questions in between, we are available to support you.
In which languages can consultations be conducted?
We offer consultations in German, English, and Italian.
When you book your consultation, simply indicate your preferred language, and we'll match you with a consultant who is fluent and experienced in conducting career discussions in that language.
All written deliverables, including CVs, salary reports, and market research, can also be prepared in German, English, or Italian, depending on where you're applying and which language will serve you best in your target market.

What’s the difference between CV revision and CV creation from scratch?
CV Revision (included in the CV & Compensation package) takes your existing CV and transforms it into a polished, Swiss-optimized document. This works best when you have a solid foundation that needs professional refinement.
CV Creation from Scratch (included in the Premium Career Strategy package) is a complete rebuild. We start with a consultation to understand your full career history, then craft an entirely new CV tailored to your target roles. This is ideal for professionals making significant career transitions, those whose current CV doesn't reflect their true value, or international candidates who need a Swiss-format CV built from the ground up.

Before the session, we ask you to share your current CV and a short overview of your career goals or target roles. This allows us to prepare and make the session as focused and effective as possible.

Not at all. These services are completely independent.
Purchasing our Career Consulting Services has zero impact on how we evaluate your candidacy for positions in our recruitment pipeline. If you apply for a role through our recruitment division, you're assessed purely on your fit for that specific position, just like any other candidate.
Similarly, if you're working with us on recruitment and decide to invest in consulting services, this doesn't give you preferential treatment or guarantees for placement. Our recruitment decisions are always based on matching the right talent with the right opportunity.

How many revisions are included? What if I'm not satisfied?
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we stand behind the quality of our work.
For the Premium package, one round of revisions is included within 7 days of delivery. For the Executive package, revisions are included, plus you have 30 days of email support to refine and adjust materials as you use them in real applications.
If you're not satisfied with any deliverable, whether it's your CV, salary report, or market research, we'll work with you to make it right. Our goal is to ensure you feel confident and fully equipped to advance your career.
